Each ml of this solution contains 1 mmol of sodium ions, 1 mmol of phosphate ions, and 2 mmol of hydrogen ions. The total content of each 10ml ampoule is 1.56 g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, which comes to 156g of the dry phosphate per litre.
